We are redefining traditional Pilates classes with a modern spin on the workout that transforms your body.

Our method is designed to increase strength and flexibility, build lean muscle and keep the body mobile. Each session is unique, complete with heart pumping music, a high energy atmosphere and detailed  instruction. With a focus on power, precision and control, Pilates will work every element of your physical and mental strength. We focus on strengthening all major muscle groups in addition to those smaller muscles that have a big impact on how your body tones and gains definition. You will leave feeling longer, leaner and more balanced.

Meet Our Founder

Sydney Sifers is the owner and founder of The Body Lab. As a long time fitness enthusiast, she generally leaned toward low impact forms of fitness like Barre & Pilates because of their strengthening and endurance benefits. After having children, she discovered that a consistent Pilates practice was the key to maintaining mind & body balance.

 

Sydney completed her training through Balanced Body under the mentorship of Zayna Gold, Troy McCarty & Valerie Lopata (Real Pilates). She is also barre certified through Booty Barre. She is a proud UVM alum where she received her Business Degree and went on to receive a Masters from Northeastern University.
