Get into your mind & body and practice the basic principles of Pilates. This class allows students to familiarize themselves with the equipment and Pilates terminology. An open level class focused on developing proficiency in the mechanics of Pilates and learning to move efficiently and safely.
Athletic Reformer is our signature reformer class. It is a fast-paced workout focused on total body burn, ideal for Pilates lovers that enjoy working hard and getting their heart rate up. Achieve a full body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, stretched, lengthened and toned.
TOWER & PROPS
Through a system of springs and bars, the tower class will ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles. Throughout this class, you stay focused, engaged and challenged.
REFORMER FLOW 2
A step up from Reformer Flow, Flow 2 is a moderate paced, open level class focused on developing proficiency in the mechanics of Pilates. Challenge your balance and coordination while elevating your Pilates practice.
PRIVATE & DUETS
Private sessions allow you to receive tailored instruction geared towards uncovering your hidden strengths and taking control of weaknesses. Truly embody how the exercises and sequences should be performed as well as any modifications that might be needed for your body.
Our most advanced, strength-based, low impact class. This workout utilizes slow and controlled movements designed to tone each muscle group. We will end with 5 minutes of cool down stretching to reward yourself after this sweat sesh.
